LITTLE CIRKUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General
All prices include value-added tax applicable at the time of sale, currently 25%. Shipping costs are added to all prices unless otherwise stated. To make a purchase on littlecirkus.com, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, parental consent is required according to the Parental Code (Föräldrabalken). By placing an order on littlecirkus.com, you accept the terms and conditions published below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

This website is operated by Little Cirkus AB. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Little Cirkus AB. Little Cirkus AB offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Through Klarna Checkout, Little Cirkus offers invoice payment, card payment, and direct bank transfer. After confirming your order on our website, you will be redirected to a secure payment page. The selling company will not access your contact details; these are sent encrypted. To pay by invoice, you must be 18 years old and registered in Sweden. 

Your personal data shared will be processed according to Klarna's own data protection information.


Limitation of Liability
We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or delayed deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. The confirmation contains all details about your products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact our customer service.

Payment
We accept invoice, partial payment, credit and debit cards via our various payment services.

Unclaimed packages
You must provide valid and correct delivery information. If Little Cirkus AB receives a package sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to you to pay for new shipping. 

Promotions
It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 business days depending on the chosen shipping option. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reproduce the products' exact appearance, as there may be a slight color difference depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

Damage
In the event of a damaged or opened carton upon delivery, contact your pick-up point immediately when you collect the package. They have pre-printed forms for damage claims.

Disputes
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with our customer service and you, as a customer, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden). The National Board for Consumer Complaints can be reached at telephone number 08-508 860 00.

Outside EU
When we start delivering outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duties are your responsibility to pay.

Missing order confirmation
Due to technical error or other circumstances beyond Little Cirkus' control, your order confirmation may be delayed or completely missing. If your order confirmation is delayed by more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.

Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

Complaints
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Customer service must always be contacted via our e-mail (info@littlecirkus.se) within a reasonable time. For more information, see below. Complaints about a damaged product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Please note that the damaged product and its packaging must be kept until the matter is resolved. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you before further processing. We normally handle complaint cases within 3-14 business days. In case of an approved complaint, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The product must be unbroken and unused, but by law, you have the right to ensure its characteristics and functions. When exercising the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make a deduction for depreciation if the item has been handled to a greater extent than necessary. Depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Opened and/or used makeup products are not accepted due to health and hygiene reasons. In the event of an approved cancellation of a purchase, we will refund the amount of your order within 21 days.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on littlecirkus.com, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you received a product you ordered. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and products are undamaged upon receipt of the package.

You have a 30-day open purchase period from the date you received the package, provided that the product is returned unused in undamaged original packaging. You can then choose whether you want to exchange for another product or get your money back. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service before sending the return. For returns or exchanges, you pay the return shipping cost yourself. Clearly mark the return with Little Cirkus and your order number and send the package to:

Return processing takes approximately 1-3 weeks. Remember to save the receipt for your return and send it traceable so that we can compensate you for the return even if the package is lost during delivery.
