Regularly massaging your baby is wonderfully beneficial and strengthens the bond between child and parent. A full body massage should take about twenty minutes, but don't forget that your little one will lead the way.
Little Cirkus Baby Oil is safe to use for massaging babies from newborn age.
Before you begin, choose a time when your baby is awake and alert, not too hungry or too full. Use a safe and comfortable place and position your baby so they can see your face. Wash your hands and make sure the room is warm and the lighting is not too bright.
Remember to always be gentle and follow your baby's cues. A baby massage differs from an adult massage and can best be described as a moment for physical stimulation and communication.

Massage from head to toe – instructions
Legs and feet
Start by gently pressing, kneading, or squeezing the foot.
Take your time to work the oil into the soles of the feet using the "thumb over thumb" technique from heel to toe.
Massage the top of the foot towards the ankle, making small circles around the ankle.
Finally, on the bottom of each foot, "walk" your thumb up from the base of the heel to each toe.
Hold the leg while stroking the other hand over the inside of the leg, then do the same with the outside.
Hands
Apply oil directly to the inside of each wrist and massage in with your fingertips in small circular motions. Take your time to gently press the area to warm the skin.
Grasp the baby's hand with both of yours. With your thumbs, stroke towards the palm.
Then hold the baby's wrist with one hand and let your other hand gently cup the index and middle fingers.
Chest
Using one hand, circle over your child's chest in a clockwise motion. Then use two hands and massage in a heart-shaped motion over the chest to stimulate the lymphatic system.
Starting at the base of the chest, use both hands to massage up over the chest and down each arm.
Use your fingertips to gently tap all over your child's chest; this will really help to loosen any mucus.
Tummy
Warm the oil in your hands by rubbing them together, then place your index finger near the baby's navel and begin to move in a clockwise, circular motion all the way out to the edge of the tummy. Go from one finger gently circling, to using your whole palm.
Finish by placing your hands on the baby's tummy, stroking towards the sides, hips, and all the way down to the feet; this can be repeated a couple of times.
